Marginal consumption propensity for the USA-1947-2020

I follow Gujarati’s book “Basic Econometrics”, he generate a model on marginal consumption propensity, so I thought, it would not be bad if I update it 👍. Data sources: Real gross domestic product (RGDP, as independent variable): https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/GDPC1 (Billions of Chained 2012 Dollars, Seasonally Adjusted Annual Rate). Real personal consumption expenditures (RCON, as dependent variable):
